Candidum is an odd name(pronounced CAN-did-dum), but it is an amazingly beautiful caladium. So pretty, in fact,it is one of the industry's top sellers. This variety of caladium has a backdrop of white that is overlayed with small, demure green veins. Very prim and proper are the leaves of Candidum caladiums. Rarely do the well behaved green veins for this variety of caladium leak their color outside of the lines. An application of fertilizer may cause her to get a bit loose and show more green, so apply lightly.
